5 Days, 4 Nights Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli Package

Day 1 : Nairobi to Masai Mara

The tour will begin with a 0730hrs pick up from the hotel or airport and head straight to the Mara. The drive to Mara should be about 6 hours depending on the traffic. You will have a stop at the scenic Great Rift Valley escarpment for a breathtaking view, photography and a bathroom break as well. Proceed with your drive arriving in Mara just in time for lunch. Check in and have your lunch then proceed for an afternoon game drive. After the game drive head back to your preferred lodge/camp for an overnight stay.

Day 2 : Full Day Masai Mara

On this day, you spend the whole day in the park in search of the big five and other resident animals like the zebras, giraffes, gazelles, hyenas and the endless species of birds. After breakfast you will then leave the camp/lodge with packed lunch, have game drives for most part of the morning hours till noon. Our tour guide will then take you to a picnic spot where you will have your lunch and after that continue with the game drives and later on head back to your camp/lodge for an evening meal and overnight stay.

(side note – balloon safaris and maasai cultural village visit  can be organized at an extra fee)

Day 3 : Masai Mara to Naivasha

Early in the morning after breakfast check out of your camp/lodge and depart for Lake Naivasha which is about a 5 hour drive from the Mara. Check in, have lunch then head out to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride experience as well as the crescent island visit, which is a guided walking safari where you get to see zebras, giraffe, waterbucks, antelopes and wildebessts up close and in their natural habitats. Later on return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 : Lake Naivasha to Amboseli

Your day begins with a beautiful view and breakfast in your balcony as you soak in the fresh air and the chirping of the birds. After breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha and head to Amboseli national Park which should be a 5 hour drive. Your estimated time of arrival should be in time for lunch. Check in at your preferred lodge/camp, have a hot meal accompanied by some relaxation before heading out for an evening game drive which last last for two hours then head back to your camp/lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5 : Amboseli to Nairobi

Wake up early in the morning and proceed for a game drive at 6am. (This is considered the best time to see animals, possibly a hunt/kill and also catch the sunrise with the beautiful backdrop of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Head back to your camp at around 0900hrs for breakfast and later depart for Nairobi. Have a quick stop for lunch before drop off at your preferred hotel/airport.
